To better serve our clients, the GeoBC Service Desk provides a single point of contact for GeoBC applications and services. Experienced Client Support staff are available to respond to questions either by phone or email on approximately 140 resource sector applications. All queries are tracked and kept open until a satisfactory outcome has been reached. If front-line staff are not able to provide an immediate answer, the question is redirected to a knowledgeable person.

The GeoBC Service Desk provides helpdesk services for approximately 140 resource sector applications which include:
- Distribution and Discovery Services for the Land Resource Data Warehouse;
- Base Map Online store;
- iMap BC;
- Integrated Land Resource Registry.
