Ksi Hlginx is the steelhead habitat. It is a place that is rich in animal resources, including marten, mink, grizzly, beaver, otter, fisher, fox, all salmon species except sockeye, steelhead and goat. There are rock markings on the lower river near the second cabin site. This river probably flowed out through Gwilgeew originally, but floods and/or a landslide diverted the water to its present course. (Meaning/significance not provided).
